the Belgian one is older, but it looks super clean in the pictures, and has lower kilometres... €500 is €500.

The German one is listed as “evolucion” and has ground effects. I can’t find anything about a “evolution” or “evolucion” variant. Is that a real thing?

First one: has the 505 evolution kit, which is nice, but can hide a lot of rust (I’ll post some picture of the 505 v6 I bought recently sometime soon), it lacks the wing from said kit, and has the wrong tail lights (first gen on a second gen car), which could indicate that it had a rear end damage (needs to be checked). Actually there are 2 pictures showing 2 different rear ends, but seemingly the same car, which is weird. and the ad claims it has 150hp when a second gen should have
180hp
.
Second one: is a first gen, I personally find the second gen more beautiful, but that’s for you to decide. Is said to have 180hp when it should have
150hp
. I’m not sure the owner “knows what he has”.
Hope that helps. But I encourage you to buy a 505, those are wonderful cars!

Apparently those are quite rare.

Sorry, can’t help you there. I’m a Peugeot hoarder myself.
I like them both. What I don’t like is that the Belgian one is in Belgium close to France and Luxembourg, yet has Dutch paperwork. What’s up with that? Not that there’s anything wrong with Dutch paperwork mind you, but it makes me wonder why the car hasn’t been registered by the current owner.
The German one is said to be restored and has a season-specific license plate. On the higher res Mobile ad pictures the numbers on the plate show 04 and 09, meaning it can only be driven (by the current owner) from April until September. That’s a good sign.
Based on nothing but the ads I would take the German one.
How did you like the Torchbug/museum pictures?

The photos were awesome. Thanks! The kids loved it, too, to see the finished product of what was going on.
I still need to flog the 520, though, before I can get a new ride.

It is, only a few plastic bits, but it’s a nice look in my opinion
